BARC is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) all volunteer Rescue & Foster organization.  We are NOT a shelter, have no facilities and the only funding we receive is through donations. If you are interested and able to foster an animal, please complete our Foster agreement. We are currently at full capacity in our current Foster homes. If you have an animal in need and are unable to foster, please contact a surrounding area shelter or Humane Society for assistance.
